The XL100 is capable of very diverse operations, despite its small size. The turret is interchangeable, allowing for the production of tablets of all sizes. The machine design is very compact, with no compression corner columns and the control panel integrated into the back of the machine, while still providing excellent accessibility to the tablet pressing area and outstanding ease of changeover and cleaning. The XL400 allows for eight different configurations, including single-layer, double-layer, and triple-layer tablet pressing, by using modular components. There is the SFP, specialized for single-layer tablet production, and the MFP, a multifunction tablet press capable of producing multi-layer tablets, both sharing a common platform. Each part and cam-mounted track is modularized and designed based on a Plug and Play concept, allowing for tool-less and easy attachment and detachment, as well as readiness for operation. KORSCH's unique designs, including patented compression columns, carrier plates, and air cushion dampers, are abundantly incorporated, achieving very low vibration and noise levels (below 80dB) despite being intended for large-scale production. By connecting to PharmaCheck, it is also possible to measure tablet weight, hardness, and thickness in accordance with sampling times, and if there is a deviation between the measurement results and target values, a feedback loop can be applied to the machine side for automatic parameter correction.

High-speed double-sided rotary tablet press specialized for the pharmaceutical and food industries.

The XT600 is a tablet press that retains the technology of KORSCH used in other mass production tablet presses, while pursuing higher speed and mass production along with improved operability and cleanliness. Designed for 24-hour continuous production, this tablet press boasts a production capacity of up to 1 million tablets per hour. In the case of producing double-layer tablets, the compression pressure for both the first and second layers is individually sampled and monitored during compression, allowing for single tablet discharge if the pre-set pressure range is exceeded. The machine features corner columns at all four corners, with large guard doors on all sides. Additionally, dust collection hoses, wiring, and peripheral devices are stored within these corner columns, further enhancing the operator's operability, visibility, and cleanliness. Of course, noise and vibration levels are kept very low, significantly improving the operator's working environment. It is fully compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP5, and supports the creation and storage of batch reports as an audit trail.
